For over 25 years, Rob has led executive assessment practices with distinguished firms such as Whitehead Mann and RHR International in London as well as co-founded The Talent Alliance, an international network of corporate psychologists and business coaches.
Rob has worked closely with blue-chip corporate clients, supporting large global M&As, assisting his clients to select and develop their executive talent, build their succession plans and execute board performance evaluation projects. Recognised for his rich experience and deep insights into individual behaviour and leadership effectiveness, he holds a BA in Sociology from York University, an MSc in Organisational Psychology from London University and obtained his Ph.D. at Birmingham University. For several years and until recently, he was a Visiting Coach at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) Lausanne.
An executive coach trained on the Ashridge Executive Coaching programme, Helen’s experience is grounded in 25 years as a senior human resource professional in customer-facing, multi-branded businesses in retail, hospitality and leisure.
A commercially focused coach and leader, proven at board level as HRD in both UK plc and private equity, she actively effects transformational change by directing, coaching and motivating individuals and teams in fast-moving, matrix businesses, including IPO situations. She has worked with several private-equity backed organisations to develop organisational performance and capability. As an executive coach Helen is focused on improving quality, competence and capability through facilitative coaching.
