Helen Irving

Helen is the founder of Gadby Leadership Consulting, bringing a wealth of experience from both corporate and private equity environments. Her career includes leading HR functions at Allders International, Dixons Stores, and Westmill Foods (part of Associated British Foods). She then transitioned into the private equity space, contributing to value creation for shareholders at Comet plc, Game Retail Limited, and Powerleague.

Notably, Helen was a member of the Executive Committee that successfully led Game through its IPO. Today, she partners with clients, drawing on her leadership expertise to help them identify and develop the talent they need to build strong, future-ready organisations.  She is an Ashridge certificated coach.
