Marc Gaudart

Marc Gaudart is an Executive Coach with an international background in Business Leadership and Strategy. Over the past ten years, he has coached senior leaders from around the world across a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Travel, Retail, Private Equity, Gaming, and Technology.

Before moving into coaching, Marc led Experian’s Consulting and Data Science business worldwide. In that role, he saw firsthand how leadership development can empower technical experts to become impactful business leaders. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company in London, having started out as a Data Scientist in the Financial Services sector.

Marc holds an MSc in Engineering from École Centrale Paris and an MSc in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge Business School in the UK.
