Morgan Palmer

Morgan Palmer plays a central role in the smooth delivery of client projects at Gadby Leadership Consulting, combining analytical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Analytics with a second major in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath.

Morgan is often the first point of contact for participants in assessment and coaching engagements. She oversees the organisation and administration of client projects, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. In succession planning and leadership development work, Morgan applies her statistical training to analyse psychometric and client data, identifying meaningful patterns and correlations that inform strategic decisions.

She also led the internal project that secured Gadby’s Cyber Essentials Plus certification, reflecting Gadby’s commitment to operational excellence and data security.
