Smita has 15 years’ experience in executive assessment and coaching. Previously a consultant with YSC and Heidrick & Struggles, Smita supports blue-chip global clients across Asia, the US and UK. Based in Mumbai, her specializations include leadership development and OD at C-suite, business and function head levels. A certified Erickson coach, she is bilingual in Hindi and English.
